Occupational Bullying and Employee Burnout: An empirical investigation in healthcare sector with moderating role of gender

Empirical investigation was conducted to determine the relationship between workplace bullying and employee burnout specifically in nursing profession. Considering participation from females males workforce Pakistan, moderating role of gender embodied into study. Primary data, through non- probabilistic purposive sampling, collected nurses working hospitals Karachi Hyderabad. Response rate 62.5% which gained self-administered close ended questionnaires using Negative Acts Questionnaire Maslach Employee Burnout. The data assessed simple linear regression correlation on SPSS software. findings revealed that occupational is a predictor with being stronger male than female nurses.
